Sales Business Development Executive

PopBrain is an AI-powered AdTech platform helping brands scale CPC campaigns through high-quality creators across social media. We’re growing fast, and we’re looking for strong individuals who can pitch confidently, communicate clearly, convert clients, and build long-term relationships with brands and agencies.

What you'll do:

• Pitch PopBrain’s solutions to brands and agencies
• Convert leads by explaining campaign structure, budgets, and expected outcomes
• Onboard new clients and guide them through the platform and processes
• Build and maintain strong, trust-driven client relationships
• Support brands during their initial campaigns to ensure smooth execution
• Identify client requirements and recommend the right CPC campaign approach
• Share client feedback and insights with internal teams
• Follow up consistently, maintain communication, and close deals

Who we want:

Someone who:

2+ years of experience in Sales / Business Development / Client Servicing

✔ Communicates clearly, confidently, and professionally

✔ Knows how to pitch, handle objections, and convert clients

✔ Enjoys speaking with clients and building healthy relationships

✔ Is proactive, organised, and goal-oriented

✔ Understands how to explain budgets, timelines, and campaign expectations in simple language
