Sales Business Development Executive

As a Sales & Business Development Executive at our company operating in the Steel Flanges / Fittings / Steel industry located in Rabale, Navi Mumbai, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Generate new orders and expand the customer base to drive business growth. - Follow up on quotations and ensure timely closure of orders to meet customer needs efficiently. - Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers to enhance customer loyalty and satisfaction. - Visit customers for business development purposes and conduct productive meetings to understand their requirements. - Submit regular reports on customer visits, enquiries, and order status to keep track of sales activities effectively. To be successful in this role, you should meet the following qualifications: - Prior experience in Sales & Marketing, preferably in the Fittings / Steel Flanges industry. - Possess strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills to interact effectively with customers. - Ability to travel for customer visits as and when required to foster business relationships. - Work arrangement includes being based at the office in Rabale, Navi Mumbai, with travel required for customer visits. On non-visit days, you are expected to be present at the company office. In terms of compensation, the salary offered will be based on your experience level. Additionally, you will be eligible for reimbursements for travel, phone, and out-of-pocket expenses upon submission of bills. Incentives will also be provided for every confirmed order from new customers, calculated as a percentage of the basic order value (excluding taxes).
