If you’re passionate about end-to-end seller operations, optimizing performance, and driving profitable growth on Amazon, you’ll thrive in this role. 🎯 Key Responsibilities 1. Amazon Account & Listing Management Fully own and manage Earthfit’s Amazon.in Seller Central account. Create, optimize, and maintain product listings with compelling, keyword-optimized content and images. Upload A+ content to boost brand visibility and enhance conversion rates. 2. FBA & Inventory Operations Lead FBA planning, shipping, reconciliation, and stock coordination across regions. Monitor inventory metrics (IPI, aging, stranded units) and take proactive improvement actions. Facilitate FBM/Easy Ship processes in sync with warehouse and logistics teams. 3. Advertising & Promotions Plan, manage, and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns (Sponsored Products, Brands, Display). Deliver revenue growth while maintaining ACOS and ROAS targets. Coordinate campaigns for coupons, Lightning Deals, Prime Day, and seasonal festival sales. 4. Profitability & Financial Analysis Compute SKU-level profitability, accounting for COGS, fees, storage, shipping, ad spend, and returns. Monitor margins, break-even points; suggest approaches for pricing, bundling, and SKU rationalization. Work alongside finance & procurement teams to optimize unit economics. 5. Compliance & Account Health Oversee critical health metrics: ODR, cancellation rate, late shipments, feedback, A-to-Z claims. Identify and resolve listing errors, policy breaches, invisible/suppressed inventory, and stranded SKUs. 6. Reporting & Strategy Prepare weekly/monthly dashboard reports covering sales performance, traffic, conversion rates, ad ROI, and margins. Conduct competitive mapping on product pricing and Amazon best practices. Develop strategic recommendations to scale product visibility, rankings, and profitability. ✅ Key Requirements 3–6 years of hands-on Amazon Seller Central experience in India. Proficient in FBA, FBM, Amazon logistics, and inventory management (IPI tracking, reconciliations). Strong skills in SKU-level profitability analysis, margin optimization, and pricing strategy. Advanced in Excel (pivot tables, formulas) and comfort with Amazon Business Reports + tools like Helium10, SellerApp, Brand Analytics. Skilled in Amazon Ads management, with proven success in controlling ACOS and improving ROAS. Excellent analytical reasoning, organizational capabilities, and communication skills. Familiarity with GST processes and e-commerce tax compliance in India. 🎓 Preferred Qualifications MBA or equivalent qualification in business, finance, or commerce. Experience using e-commerce profitability tools (e.g., Sellerboard, JungleScout Profit Calculator).
