Business Development Executive – Sales (Digital Marketing)

Job Summary:

Drive new business and revenue for our digital marketing services. You’ll be responsible for identifying prospects, pitching our solutions, closing deals etc.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Find and reach out to potential clients via calls, emails, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Present our services (web development, SEO, PPC, social media, etc.) and tailor solutions to client needs.
  • Manage the full sales cycle: lead → proposal → negotiation → contract.
  • Hit revenue targets monthly/quarterly.
  • Maintain the sales pipeline and update CRM.
  • Work with teams to ensure client satisfaction post-sale.


What we are looking for:

  • Proven experience in sales (IT services or digital marketing preferred).
  • Strong communication, negotiation and closing skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, comfortable with cold outreach.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and IT solutions.
  • Know how to generate your own leads (not relying just on platforms or job portals).
