Compensation: Fixed Monthly Salary (applicable upon onboarding at least one lab per month) + Commission per Tie-up


Piysan, a growing MedTech company, is looking for an experienced Business Development Executive to establish partnerships with diagnostic labs, Hospitals and Clinics. This role offers a fixed monthly salary Plus Incentive* .


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and secure tie-ups with diagnostic labs as per target.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the medical field.
  • Meet monthly onboarding targets to qualify for a fixed salary.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for seamless execution of agreements.


Requirements:

  • Maximum 2 years of experience - Freshers May also Apply.
  • Strong network and understanding of diagnostic lab operations.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Two additional conditions will be discussed after clearing Round 1 of the interview.


Interview Process:

  • Round 1: Initial screening and assessment & Salary Negotiation
  • Round 2: Final discussion and condition disclosure.
