You will be offered a fixed monthly salary along with incentives based on tie-ups. - Identify and secure tie-ups with diagnostic labs according to set targets. - Develop and nurture relationships with key stakeholders in the medical sector. - Achieve monthly onboarding goals to qualify for the fixed salary. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of agreements. To excel in this role, you should meet the following qualifications: - Maximum 2 years of experience, freshers can also apply. - Strong network and understanding of diagnostic lab operations. - Excellent negotiation and communication skills. - Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. - Additional conditions will be disclosed after clearing Round 1 of the interview.
