We provide essential services to individuals and businesses, helping them negotiate effectively with lenders, secure legal support, and ultimately achieve financial stability and peace of mind by becoming debt-free. Join us and be part of a mission-driven team solving real financial challenges. This is a critical, target-driven role where you will be responsible for expanding our client base. You will primarily be engaging with outbound leads, educating them on our specialised services, and converting them into paying clients.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Attitude: A high-energy "go-getter" attitude and the resilience to handle objections and rejection effectively.
Communication: Exceptional verbal communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills (fluency in Hindi/English is beneficial).
Experience: No prior experience is required; freshers are welcome to apply. However, previous experience in sales, telecalling, or business development is a significant advantage.
Environment: Comfort and motivation to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven sales environment.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS STRUCTURE:

We offer a high-incentive model that rewards performance and success.

Fixed Salary: ₹15,000-₹20,000 INR per month
Performance Incentive: You will earn upto 10% of the total revenue generated from every successful client conversion you close.
