Minpay Consultants LLP is a legal and financial consultancy specializing in debt resolution and loan settlements. We work with individuals and businesses to negotiate with lenders, provide legal support, and help our clients become debt-free with peace of mind.

Role & Responsibilities

• Reach out to leads, explain our services, and convert them into paying clients.
• Build trust with prospective clients by addressing concerns and explaining solutions.
• Maintain follow-up communication with leads until closure.
• Collaborate with the legal and operations team to ensure smooth onboarding.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• A go-getter attitude with the ability to handle objections.
• Prior sales/telecalling experience is a plus (but not mandatory).
• Comfortable working in a performance-driven role.

Compensation Structure

• Fixed Salary: ₹10,000 per month.
• Incentives linked to conversion percentage (monthly):

1. 0–10% conversion rate: No incentive
2. 10–20% conversion rate: 10% of revenue as incentive
3. 20%+ conversion rate: 25% of revenue as incentive

💡 Example: If you close clients worth ₹2,00,000 revenue in a month at 20%+ conversion, you earn ₹50,000 incentive in addition to your salary!
