Sales Associate (Remote)

Vortexen Dynamics, a subsidiary of Plus UAE Group, is an engineering and industrial solutions company based in Abu Dhabi with operations in India and abroad. We focus on oil & gas, nuclear, marine, defence, and industrial sectors, offering vendor registration, product sourcing, and local representation services for international companies.

Role Overview:
We are looking for a Sales Associate (Remote) with strong skills in Zoho Marketing Automation and LinkedIn prospecting. The candidate will play a key role in generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and managing CRM-driven sales campaigns.

Responsibilities:

• Run Zoho CRM & Zoho Campaigns for lead generation and nurturing.
• Prospect, connect, and engage clients via LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other channels.
• Manage sales pipelines and track opportunities in Zoho CRM.
• Support vendor registrations, proposal submissions, and client onboarding.
• Prepare weekly reports on leads, sales performance, and campaigns.
• Collaborate with internal teams for client servicing and project coordination.

Requirements:

• Proven hands-on experience with Zoho CRM & Zoho Marketing tools.
• Strong LinkedIn networking and lead generation experience.
• Excellent communication and sales negotiation skills.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Experience in B2B / Industrial / Energy sectors is an advantage.

Pay: ₹11,873.99 - ₹21,556.01 per month
