Sales & Business Development Executive

Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (preferred, not mandatory)1–3 years of experience in B2B / B2C sales, preferably in IT solutions, software, POS systems, digital products, or servicesProven ability to sell software solutions (ePOS, SaaS, IT products) and hardware solutions (digital signage screens)Strong experience in lead generation, cold calling, follow-ups, and client acquisitionAbility to generate and convert leads for service-based brands (experience in healthcare, elderly care, or social services is a plus for Vridha Seva)Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsComfortable with field sales + office-based sales (hybrid role)Ability to explain technical products in simple terms to clientsSelf-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented mindsetBasic knowledge of CRM tools, MS Excel, email & LinkedIn outreachWillingness to work on targets and performance-based incentivesPreferred (Good to Have)Experience selling POS software, billing systems, digital signage, or IT servicesExisting network with retailers, restaurants, hospitals, senior care centers, or businessesKnowledge of local market & customer behaviorExperience in LinkedIn lead generation or digital salesWho Should ApplyCandidates passionate about sales, business growth, and client relationshipsPeople who want to grow with a startup + service-oriented brandThose interested in working with technology + social impact (Vridha Seva)
