Required Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (preferred, not mandatory) 1–3 years of experience in B2B / B2C sales, preferably in IT solutions, software, POS systems, digital products, or services Proven ability to sell software solutions (ePOS, SaaS, IT products) and hardware solutions (digital signage screens) Strong experience in lead generation, cold calling, follow-ups, and client acquisition Ability to generate and convert leads for service-based brands (experience in healthcare, elderly care, or social services is a plus for Vridha Seva) Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Comfortable with field sales + office-based sales (hybrid role) Ability to explain technical products in simple terms to clients Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented mindset Basic knowledge of CRM tools, MS Excel, email & LinkedIn outreach Willingness to work on targets and performance-based incentives Preferred (Good to Have) Experience selling POS software, billing systems, digital signage, or IT services Existing network with retailers, restaurants, hospitals, senior care centers, or businesses Knowledge of local market & customer behavior Experience in LinkedIn lead generation or digital sales Who Should Apply Candidates passionate about sales, business growth, and client relationships People who want to grow with a startup + service-oriented brand Those interested in working with technology + social impact (Vridha Seva)
