Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Business Development Executive with a minimum of 2 years of experience to join our team. The Executive will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by developing strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for achieving targets. Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to clients. Understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions to meet their requirements. Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve or exceed sales targets. Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and presentations to management. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions. Provide excellent customer service and follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in Mechanical Industry. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with clients. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Willingness to travel as needed. Female Candidate from Chennai who can work from home will be preferred.
