Site Operations Manager

You should have a minimum of 5-10 years of experience in managing site operations and overseeing a team of at least 20 skilled/semi-skilled workmen & Engineers. A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering is required for this position. Your responsibilities will include managing shift operations, as well as maintenance of high pressure pumps or pumps/utilities. You will be expected to supervise daily activities, delegate tasks to engineers/workmen, and provide reports to the customer. Experience in preventive maintenance and continuous improvement in operations is essential. Other duties will involve tasks such as invoice submission, bill clearance, handling safety-related matters, and updating daily activity sheets for both the management and customer. The ideal candidate should be a self-learning individual with a keen interest in Total Quality Management (TQM) and 4S, and should be able to perform effectively under pressure.
