Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Business Development Executive with a minimum of 2 years of experience to join our team. The Executive will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by developing strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for achieving targets. Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation. You should have a minimum of 5-10 years of experience in managing site operations and overseeing a team of at least 20 skilled/semi-skilled workmen & Engineers. A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering is required for this position. Your responsibilities will include managing shift operations, as well as maintenance of high pressure pumps or pumps/utilities. You will be expected to supervise daily activities, delegate tasks to engineers/workmen, and provide reports to the customer.
