Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Production Shift Incharge IBR to manage and oversee shift operations for Intermittently Bonded Ribbon (IBR) cable production. The ideal candidate will ensure production targets, quality standards, safety norms, and process efficiencies are consistently met across shifts. Key Responsibilities: Lead and supervise shift operations for the IBR production line, ensuring adherence to daily production plans. Ensure proper start-up, operation, and shut-down of machines such as ribbonizers, SZ stranders, and other IBR-related equipment. Monitor production KPIs including output, efficiency, downtime, scrap, and quality. Manage manpower allocation and coordinate with maintenance, QA, and logistics teams for smooth operations. Conduct shift handovers, maintain production reports, and escalate any deviations or issues to the Production Manager. Ensure adherence to safety protocols, 5S, and good manufacturing practices (GMP) on the shop floor. Provide on-the-job training to operators and technicians to improve productivity and skill levels. Participate in root cause analysis for process issues and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure the traceability of raw materials and finished goods as per SOPs and ISO requirements. Key Requirements: Education: Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering field. Experience: Minimum 48 years in cable manufacturing, with at least 2 years in a shift supervisory or incharge role. Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of IBR technology, fibre alignment, ribbon bonding, and machine parameters. Familiarity with ISO standards, TPM, 5S, and basic quality tools (e.g., RCA, Pareto, Fishbone). Willingness to work in rotating shifts and under high-pressure production environments. Roles & Responsibilities: Daily R.M. /P.M. planning and issuing as per production schedule. Manpower allotment in shifts and to give and take proper shift charge from reliever. To review BMR, BCR, documents and to submit to QA. To check the processing is being done as per instructions written in BMR. To report any kind of deviation/abnormal incident to HOD immediately. To ensure safety, GMP, discipline & housekeeping in plant. To ensure that all production related documents are filled on line & accurately. To give training to subordinates, prepare and maintain training related all activity and documents. To prepare, issue and submit all documents like BMR, BCR, SOP etc. as draft for production processes and to get approval from QA. To ensure that all persons working in plant are fit as per predetermined fitness criteria. To report any kind of maintenance job immediately & ensure completion of it. To ensure that equipment cleaning is done as per schedule and ensures approval of QA to cleaning after completion of campaign before starting the next campaign. To ensure process related deviation, CAPA, change control to QA and get it documented To ensure that sampling of finished product is done and the same is transferred to ware house after approval. To ensure the quality & yield of batches within acceptable limits. To ensure tracking of department objectives & take actions accordingly. To ensure PSD and complete analysis results and pack final material as per customer requirements. To ensure the process and cleaning validation is done as per schedule. Ensure that all work relevant to his area is carried out under his supervision in Accordance with company procedures as regards Safety, Health and Environmental protection. Roles and Responsibilities The organization does fuelling and defueling of aircrafts at various airports throughout the country. The new recruits will be thoroughly trained in all operations and procedures which they will be required to perform in the course of their job and in all actions that are to be taken in the event of an emergency. Since the activity of fueling & de-fueling is done with the aid of Mobilized machinery/ equipment the person concerned should be able to drive an LMV/HTV vehicle comfortably. Carry out into plane service including refueling and defueling (Receive refueling instructions from Shift Manager) Conduct Quality Control checks on the fuel on mobile facilities and necessary documentation Issue and sign fuel delivery receipts with respect to fuel supplies Conduct in-situ field tests Carry Sampling of Jet A-1 and forward the same to laboratories Perform verification of in-use pressure gauges, hydrometers, etc. Conduct periodic preventive maintenance on all equipment Conduct minor maintenance and operations checks/works on the equipment Coordination with customers/ DGCA Officials/ BSSPL officials in conducting Audits & inspections Give timely, safe, and courteous into plane services to the airline customers Sales/ stock accounting to be made at the end of each shift Tank Lorry/ pipeline receipts of product and related stock accounting Other Admin/ operations related works Desired Candidate Profile Candidates who have completed their B.E. / B.
