Site Operations Manager

Oversee day-to-day site operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Implement and monitor standard operating procedures (SOPs).Allocate and manage site resources (personnel, equipment, and materials).Coordinate with internal departments (logistics, procurement, HR, etc.) to support operations.Manage on-site teams, including supervisors, technicians, labourers, or engineers.Schedule shifts, assign tasks, and monitor performance.Provide training and mentorship to staff.Resolve conflicts and enforce discipline when necessary.Ensure the site adheres to health and safety regulations.Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments.Manage operational budgets and control costs.Maintain compliance with local, regional, and national laws.Work to improve operational efficiency and reduce waste.Oversee delivery, storage, and distribution of materials and equipment.Maintain inventory records and ensure timely supply.Coordinate with suppliers and contractors.Provide regular operational reports and updatesServe as the primary point of contact between the site and upper management.
