Sales Associate

As a Sales Executive at our company, your main responsibility will be to provide information about our products and offers to customers based on the provided leads. You will need to understand the customers" needs and requirements in order to effectively resolve their queries and suggest the right product to meet their needs. In addition, you will be responsible for sending quotations, following up with customers, and negotiating to close deals. Key Responsibilities: - Provide information about products/offers to customers on the given leads - Understand customers" needs/requirements and resolve their queries - Suggest the right product as per customers" requirements - Send quotations, follow up, and negotiate to close deals - Prepare and maintain sales reports - Maintain the database in CRM - Maintain harmonious relations with clients to encourage repeat business - Represent the company in various events/exhibitions as required Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree preferred - 1 year of total work experience, with at least 1 year in sales preferred - Proficiency in English preferred In addition to a competitive salary, this full-time position offers benefits including cell phone and internet reimbursement, leave encashment, and Provident Fund.
