Job Description

A Sales Associate primarily works in retail settings, acting as the frontline representative for the company by engaging customers, promoting products, and driving sales through excellent service.

Key Responsibilities

Greeting customers, answering product questions, and recommending items to meet their needs while upselling or cross-selling.
Processing transactions at cash registers, handling returns, refunds, and maintaining financial records.
Ensuring store appearance by organizing displays, restocking merchandise, and keeping sales floors tidy.
Meeting sales targets, resolving complaints empathetically, and suggesting ways to boost store revenue.
