Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Associate role located in Patna. In this role, the Sales Associate will be responsible for building customer relationships, identifying client needs, promoting products and services, and meeting sales goals. Responsibilities also include coordinating with team members to ensure a smooth sales process, addressing customer inquiries, and maintaining accurate sales records.

Qualifications

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including active listening and public speaking
Sales acumen and ability to identify customer needs and close deals effectively
Problem-solving and negotiation skills to address customer concerns and provide solutions
Proficiency in using CRM tools and software is a plus
Organizational and time management skills to meet sales targets within deadlines
Knowledge of logistics, transportation, or related industries is an advantage
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
A bachelor's degree in any field is preferred.
