We are looking for driven and ambitious Sales Associates to join our team in Gurugram. This role is ideal for freshers or individuals beginning their career in sales who are confident, persuasive, and goal-oriented.
You will play a crucial role in converting qualified leads into program enrollments by understanding learner needs, presenting the right solutions, and ensuring effective follow-ups.

This position offers strong career growth, structured training, and high earning potential through incentives.

Probation & Compensation

• First 2 months will be probation.

• During probation, candidates will receive a

  stipend of 15,000 per month + performance-based incentives

  .
• Upon successful completion of probation, candidates will be moved to the full-time payroll with an increased compensation structure and expanded responsibilities.
  

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective learners via outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups.
  
• Understand learners’ background, career interests, and learning goals to recommend appropriate programs.
  
• Deliver clear, confident, and persuasive program presentations to drive enrollments.
  
• Maintain strong knowledge of all program offerings to effectively address inquiries.
  
• Track lead status, maintain CRM updates, and ensure timely follow-ups.
  
• Achieve weekly and monthly conversion targets.
  
• Work closely with the sales team to enhance lead quality and conversion strategy.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 0–1 year of experience in sales or counseling (freshers are encouraged to apply).
  
• Excellent communication and convincing skills.
  
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
  
• Highly motivated, disciplined, and target-driven.
  
• Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
  
• Basic understanding of sales processes or CRM tools is a plus.
