Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Associate located in Pune. The Sales Associate will build and maintain client relationships, identify client financial goals, and recommend suitable financial products and services. Day-to-day responsibilities include engaging potential clients, presenting tailored solutions, providing excellent customer service, and meeting sales targets. The role also involves maintaining up-to-date knowledge of financial products and advising clients based on market trends and needs.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Ability to identify client needs and provide effective financial solutions
• Knowledge of financial products such as AIFs, PMS, tax planning, and investment planning
• Proficiency in customer service and client relationship management
• Analytical skills and an understanding of financial planning and market trends
• Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
• A bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field (preferred)
• Experience in financial services or sales is advantageous
