The Sales Associate will engage with potential clients, identify their needs, and offer tailored property solutions. Responsibilities include managing the sales process, building and maintaining client relationships, and meeting sales targets. Additional tasks include market research, providing accurate property information, and collaborating with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. Qualifications Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Customer service-oriented approach and ability to build enduring relationships with clients Experience in sales, client management, or a related field is preferred Knowledge of the real estate market and ability to conduct market analysis Proficiency in digital platforms, CRM tools, and basic computer skills Ability to work both independently and in a team environment Must be detail-oriented, with strong organizational and time-management skills Prior experience in real estate or property sales is a plus A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is advantageous
