Sales Associate

ProV Foods is an integrated healthy foods conglomerate based in Mumbai, specializing in dry fruits and staples. Every ProV product undergoes stringent quality controls to ensure the highest quality natural produce reaches our customers.

Currently we are looking for Sales Associate in expanding our wholesale trade network by engaging with vendors, buyers, and distributors. The role involves telecalling, in-person visits to local buyers, and managing distributor relationships to drive sales and ensure smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct telecalling to vendors, buyers, and distributors for product pitching, order generation, and relationship building.
• Engage in wholesale trade by identifying potential business opportunities and negotiating deals.
• Visit and interact with local buyers regularly to strengthen market presence and build long-term partnerships.
• Support and manage distributor relationships, ensuring proper supply chain flow, timely orders, and resolution of queries.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
• Provide regular feedback from the market to the management team on competitor activities, pricing, and buyer preferences.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 2 experience in sales, wholesale trade, or distributor management (FMCG experience preferred).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of distributor and retail channel management.
• Ability to travel locally and meet buyers/distributors as required.
• Proficiency in basic MS Office / CRM tools will be an advantage.
• Highly self-motivated with a goal-oriented approach.
