Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and goal-oriented Sales Manager to lead and drive sales of our residential and/or commercial real estate projects. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of the property market, excellent interpersonal skills, and a proven track record in real estate sales. This role requires managing the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, while providing a high-quality customer experience.

Experience Range- 1-8 Years of experience in Sales in Real Estate or Hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage the end-to-end sales process for assigned real estate projects, including site visits, client meetings, negotiations, and closures.

· Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the management.

· Generate leads through various online and offline channels, real estate agents, channel

partners, and marketing campaigns.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to ensure repeat and referral business.

· Coordinate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, campaigns, and events to drive sales.

· Keep up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.

· Maintain and update the CRM system with all client interactions and pipeline activities.

· Ensure timely follow-ups, documentation, and processing of bookings and post-sales requirements.

· Collaborate with the customer service, legal, and finance teams to ensure smooth

handovers and customer satisfaction.

· Train and guide junior sales executives or team members, if applicable.

Ǫualification Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA

preferred).

· In-depth knowledge of the real estate market, pricing strategies, and customer behavior.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

· Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and digital sales platforms.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
