Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid Sales Associate role based in New Delhi, with some flexibility for remote work. The Sales Associate will be tasked with identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales targets. This role involves understanding client needs, proposing tailored logistics solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Sales Associate will also collaborate with internal teams to coordinate seamless services and support company growth.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in sales, negotiation, and building long-term client relationships
• Understanding of logistics-related functions, such as freight forwarding, custom clearance, and transportation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and internal teams
• Proficiency with CRM tools, MS Office Suite, and other relevant software
• Ability to work independently and in a team, managing time and priorities effectively
• Positive attitude, result-oriented mindset, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Prior experience in the logistics or freight forwarding sector is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred
