The ideal candidate should be tech-savvy, organized, and driven to convert leads into business. JOB DESCRIPTION ● Handle leads from India Mart, Google, and other platforms. ● Conduct cold calling and cold emailing to potential customers. ● Respond to client calls, messages, and emails promptly. ● Share company profile and product details on Whats App and email. ● Maintain and update CRM system with all lead and client data. ● Follow-up with the buyers for orders and timely payments. ● Generate daily/weekly reports of sales activity and lead status. ● Maintain proper record of all conversations and next steps. ● Support in preparing sales presentations and documentation. Qualification: ● MBA (Marketing) will be preferred. Required Skills: ● Good communication (English, Hindi, Gujarati) ● Experience in cold calling and lead follow-up ● Basic knowledge of India Mart, CRM tools, Google Sheets ● Ability to handle multiple leads and follow-ups with discipline ● Energetic, positive attitude, and goal-driven. Relevant Experience: ● Proven experience as an Sales Associate or in a similar role, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
