Sales Associate

As a Sales Associate at Benefit Beyond, your role will involve being a hardcore sales professional with 2-3 years of experience, preferably from Loyalty Organizations or Credit Card Selling such as Platinum and AMEX Cards. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Organizing sales visits to potential clients in Retail, Corporates, and SME sectors through cold calls, telecalling, and emails. - Demonstrating and presenting BB products and solutions, including Loyalty Solutions, Gift Cards, and Prepaid Cards, effectively to clients. - Establishing new business according to company guidelines and maintaining accurate sales records for productivity measurement. - Reviewing sales performance to ensure targets are met and negotiating contracts with prospective clients to drive sales and revenue. - Aiming to achieve monthly or annual targets by meeting clients and following up rigorously. - Maintaining a healthy relationship with existing and new customers as part of a customer-centric approach and attending trade exhibitions, conferences, and meetings to build prospects. The qualifications required for this role include a minimum of a Graduate degree, preferably a Post Graduate with a specialization in Sales and Marketing.
