Sales Associate, Benefit Beyond

You have 2-3 years of experience in sales and are equipped with sales skills, communication skills, presentation skills, and negotiation skills. As a hardcore sales professional, preferably from Loyalty Organizations/Credit Card Selling Platinum and AMEX Cards, your role will involve organizing sales visits to potential clients (Retail/Corporates and SME) through cold calls, telecalling, and email. You will be responsible for demonstrating and presenting BB products and solutions such as Loyalty Solutions, Gift Cards, and Prepaid Cards effectively to clients. Establishing new business following company guidelines, maintaining accurate sales records, and daily sales reports for productivity measurement will be part of your routine. Reviewing sales performance to meet targets, negotiating contracts with prospective clients, and aiming to achieve monthly or annual targets through client meetings and rigorous follow-ups are crucial aspects of your role. Maintaining healthy relationships with existing and new customers as part of a customer-centric approach is essential. Attending trade exhibitions, conferences, and meetings to build prospects is also part of your responsibilities. The ideal candidate should hold a minimum Graduate degree, preferably Post Graduate with specialization in Sales and Marketing.
