Sales Manager, Benefit Beyond

As a Sales Manager at OMA Emirates, your role will involve being a hardcore sales professional with a preference for experience in Loyalty Organizations or Credit Card Selling, particularly focusing on Platinum and AMEX Cards. Your key responsibilities will include: - Organizing sales visits to potential clients in retail, corporates, and SME sectors through cold calls, telecalling, and emails. - Demonstrating and presenting BB products and solutions such as Loyalty Solutions, Gift Cards, and Prepaid Cards effectively to clients. - Establishing new business following company guidelines. - Maintaining accurate sales records and daily sales reports for productivity measurement. - Reviewing sales performance to ensure meeting targets. - Negotiating contracts with prospective clients to boost sales and revenue. - Aiming to achieve monthly or annual targets through client meetings and rigorous follow-ups. - Maintaining healthy relationships with existing and new customers as part of a customer-centric approach. - Attending trade exhibitions, conferences, and meetings to build prospects. - Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact. To qualify for this role, you should have a minimum of a graduate degree, preferably a post-graduate degree with specialization in Sales and Marketing.
