Sales Associate

As a Retail Salesperson at our company, you will play a crucial role in delivering excellent customer service and driving sales. Your key responsibilities will include: - Greeting customers in a friendly and approachable manner - Understanding customer needs and assisting with product selection - Maintaining in-depth knowledge of product features and benefits - Upselling and cross-selling products to meet sales targets - Ensuring merchandise is stocked, organized, and labeled correctly - Keeping the sales floor clean, organized, and visually appealing - Handling customer queries and resolving issues professionally - Participating in inventory counts and restocking as required - Collaborating with team members to achieve store goals To qualify for this role, you will need: - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous experience in retail or customer service preferred - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Basic math skills for handling cash and processing transactions - Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts - A positive attitude and strong work ethic In addition to the job requirements, we offer benefits such as health insurance and Provident Fund.
