As a Sales Associate at Settl., your main objective will be generating calls to potential customers and clients to help achieve sales targets and bookings. Along with cold-calling, you will also be involved in overall organizational aspects. Responsibilities: - Call potential customers to convert them into final customers. - Work with the Sales Team and report directly to the Sales Manager. - Be persuasive and adaptable to dynamic situations based on customer requirements. - Have adequate knowledge about Settl."s products and services to convert potential customers. - Work in a high-pressure environment to help the organization achieve targets and goals. - Gain hands-on experience in management systems and lead/sales reporting. - Self-generate leads and convert them into final customers. - Maintain and develop customer relationships to encourage future growth. - Be a good listener to understand customer needs and requirements. - Be prepared to work extra hours based on situations. - Meet day-to-day targets and objectives regarding call volume and sales. Skills Required: - Any Graduate with 1-3 years of experience in Sales. - Good communication skills and understanding of customer requirements. - Freshers/Experienced candidates required. - Fluency in English and Hindi. - Ability to handle extreme and dynamic situations. - Never give up attitude.
