Sales Associate

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Associate CV (Truck) Financing to drive loan sales for truckers and Fleet Owners. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, on-ground sales experience, and a solid understanding of lending products and financial processes.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development  :-

Sell CV vehicle loans solutions to Truckers and Fleet Partners.Conduct on-ground B2B/B2C sales visits to acquire, convert, and retain customers.Identify new business opportunities within the assigned territory.

Customer Evaluation & Documentation :-

Assess customer eligibility based on credit requirements and business profile.Collect and verify necessary documents for loan assessments and application processing.Guide partners through the complete loan journeyfrom inquiry to sanction and disbursal.

Process Management :-

Ensure timely submission of loan applications and coordinate with internal teams for quick approval.Maintain accurate and updated records of leads, interactions, and applications through CRM or internal systems.

Coordination & Compliance :-

Collaborate closely with underwriting, credit, and operations teams for smooth loan processing.Stay updated on lending guidelines, industry trends, and new financial products.

Customer Experience :-

Provide strong post-sale support including query resolution, payment follow-up, and relationship management. Build long-term partnerships with Truckers and Fleet Owners through trust and service excellence.

Requirements :-

Proven experience in sales, preferably in truck financing, lending, NBFC, or banking. Strong understanding of loan products, credit evaluation, and documentation. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Target-driven mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Basic proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and CRM tools. Willingness to travel within Ahmedabad and surrounding areas.
