We are looking for young, dynamic, and self-driven candidates to join our Sales team as Sales Associates. As a Sales Associate, your main objective will be generating calls to potential customers and clients to help achieve sales targets and bookings. Along with cold-calling, you will also be involved in the overall organizational aspects. Responsibilities: - Your main role will be calling potential customers to convert them into final customers. - Work alongside the Sales Team and report directly to the Sales Manager. - Be persuasive and able to adapt to dynamic situations based on customer requirements. - Have adequate knowledge about the products and services offered by Settl. to convert potential customers. - Work in a high-pressure environment to help the organization achieve targets and goals. - Gain hands-on experience in management systems and lead/sales reporting. - Self-generate leads and convert them into final customers. - Maintain and develop customer relationships to encourage future growth. - Be a good listener to understand customer needs and requirements. - May need to work extra hours based on situations. - Meet day-to-day targets and objectives regarding call volume and sales. Skills Required: - Any Graduate with 1-3 years of experience in Sales. - Good communication skills and understanding of customer requirements. - Freshers/Experienced candidates are welcome. - Fluent in English and Hindi. - Ability to handle extreme and dynamic situations. - A never give up attitude.
