Role Summary: We are hiring Junior Solar Sales Consultants for a B2C appointment generation role in the Australian Solar domain. This is a full-time, voice-based sales position focused on outbound calls, lead generation, and appointment setting for Australian residential and business clients. Candidates with prior experience in Australian B2C/B2B calling are highly preferred, but freshers with excellent communication skills are also encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities: Conduct outbound B2C calls to generate qualified leads and appointments. Engage with Australian residential and business clients to explain solar rebates and incentives offered by the Australian government. Maintain accurate call records and track leads systematically. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets consistently. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on campaign goals and strategy. Candidate Requirements: Experience: Freshers with excellent communication skills up to 1 year in B2C/B2B voice processes (Australian market experience preferred). Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills. Proven ability in lead generation and appointment setting. Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment aligned with Australian time zones. Highly motivated, target-oriented, and eager to grow in the solar sales domain.
