As a Sales Lead, you will play a crucial role in representing an important component within the organization. Working closely with the Store team and consulting with superiors for key decisions will be a significant part of your responsibilities. Your primary tasks will include analyzing market trends, developing sales plans, and enhancing brand awareness. You will be required to source new sales opportunities through methods such as cold calls and emails, as well as assist in boosting sales by providing training and implementing effective sales techniques. Forecasting and tracking key account metrics to meet sales goals and targets will be essential. Driving sales of various products through different channels, devising and executing sales campaigns, and supporting the sales team with strategic planning and operational tasks are also part of your role. Coordinating sales visits, demonstrating products, and building brand equity will be crucial aspects of your daily routine. Additionally, providing pricing and contract support by creating competitive proposals for the sales team, collaborating with marketing and technology teams for process optimization, and integrating strategies will be vital for success. You will play a key role in forecasting sales targets, ensuring the team achieves them successfully, and coordinating strategies and tactics for the sales team to meet objectives. Driving sales of specific products or services across designated regions, analyzing data to understand sales and marketing challenges, and providing actionable insights will also be part of your responsibilities. Leading product-led growth hacking and marketing initiatives to enhance sales performance, enhancing secondary sales distribution in designated geographies, and assisting in the development of sales strategies to increase revenue, market share, and profit will be key priorities. Engaging in outbound sales campaigns targeted at specific accounts for acquisition and revenue growth, driving sales in the commodity trading sector, and collaborating with various departments and resources to achieve assigned sales targets and profitability are additional responsibilities that you will undertake.,
