Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Sales Associate to join our on-site team in Noida. This is a full-time role that involves promoting inGrade’s educational programs and contributing to student enrollments. Daily responsibilities include developing relationships with prospective students, understanding their goals, addressing inquiries, and effectively communicating course benefits. The role requires achieving sales targets, maintaining a detailed record of sales interactions, and collaborating with the marketing team to optimize lead conversion strategies.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Experience in sales, customer service, or business development
• Customer relationship management (CRM) experience, including proficiency in using CRM tools
• Ability to analyze client needs and present tailored solutions
• Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets
• Organizational skills to manage and document sales records systematically
• Understanding of the EdTech industry, technology education, and career development programs (preferred)
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
