Role Summary :

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Business Development Associate who will be the face of AI Ready School in schools and educational communities. You will be responsible for building relationships with school leaders, educators, and individual learners, promoting our platform, and fostering long-term partnerships.


Key Responsibilities:

School Outreach & Engagement:

  • Visit schools across assigned regions to introduce and demonstrate the AI Ready School platform.
  • Build strong relationships with school principals, administrators, and teachers.
  • Conduct engaging demos and presentations to showcase the impact of AI education.

Networking & Lead Generation:

  • Attend education fairs, seminars, and networking events to represent the brand.
  • Connect with individuals, influencers, and educators to create referral pipelines.

Partnership Development:

  • Foster partnerships with schools, NGOs, coaching centers, and educational groups.
  • Identify collaboration opportunities for deeper product integration and program launches.

Sales & Growth:

  • Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets by onboarding schools and institutions.
  • Actively follow up on leads, manage CRM entries, and close deals.
  • Ensure the brand presence of AI Ready School expands into well-known and high-potential regions across India.

  • Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Must own a vehicle, willing to travel extensively, and meet clients face-to-face.
    • Passionate about education and technology.
    • Prior experience in EdTech sales or B2B sales is a plus.
    • Self-motivated with a growth mindset and ability to work independently.

    Interview Process – Sales Role

    We follow a structured and engaging hiring process to identify candidates who align with our vision and are excited to contribute meaningfully.

    1. Pre-Placement Talk

    • An introductory session to learn more about our company, culture, vision, and growth opportunities.
    • Candidates will also get clarity on the role, expectations, and career path.


    2. First Round – Group Discussion (GD)

    • A group-based evaluation to assess communication skills, teamwork, problem-solving approach, and confidence.


    3. Second Round – Sales Strategy Presentation & Final Interview

    • Candidates shortlisted from the GD will be invited for the final round.
    • This will involve:
    • A short

      presentation on a Sales Strategy

      (topic will be shared in advance).
    • One-on-one interaction with our Director

      – conducted either

      online or offline,

      depending on availability and location.
    • The session will assess your strategic thinking, clarity, and alignment with our approach to customer engagement.
