Job Type: Full-Time Salary: 1.5 to 2 LPA

Probation Period: 6 months Bond/Agreement: Specify duration and conditions, if any.

• Qualification: BBA ( Sales &Marketing), MBA, or equivalent degree in Marketing.
• Skills Required: The Sales Associate plays a critical role in executing the sales strategy, building customer relationships, and closing sales. This role requires excellent communication and persuasion skills to drive revenue growth.
• Responsibilities:
• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
• Build and maintain a strong customer base by understanding customer needs and offering tailored solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations and explain the benefits of products/services to potential clients.
• Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and other sources.
• Prepare and deliver accurate sales proposals, contracts, and closing documents.
• Manage the sales pipeline and report on sales performance to management.
• Provide exceptional post-sale customer support to foster loyalty and repeat business.
