Sales Assistant

We are looking for a highly driven Sales Representative based in Jaipur to spearhead lead sales in the automobile and property sectors. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in selling qualified leads to auto dealers, real estate agents, or other businesses where lead monetization is the core model.

This role demands a proactive go-getter who understands how to build relationships with dealers, negotiate effectively, and consistently meet revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and onboard automobile dealers and property agents in Jaipur for lead purchase.
• Present, pitch, and demonstrate the value of verified leads to potential clients.
• Manage the entire sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiation, closure, and payment collection.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring repeat business and upselling.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets for lead packages.
• Track and report daily/weekly sales activity, pipeline status, and market feedback.
• Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth delivery of leads and customer satisfaction.

Required Experience & Skills

• 2–5 years of proven sales experience in:
• Selling automobile leads to dealers, OR
• Any other lead selling business (real estate, education, insurance, digital marketing leads, etc.).
• Strong B2B sales and negotiation skills.
• Existing network/contacts in automobile dealerships or real estate brokers in Jaipur will be a big plus.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and lead tracking will be an advantage.
