Job Description

As a Sales Manager for Modular Kitchens & Interiors, your role involves leading the sales team, developing effective sales strategies, and achieving revenue targets in the modular furniture industry. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing and implementing sales strategies to expand the customer base and penetrate new markets for modular kitchens. - Managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation to post-sales coordination, ensuring achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. - Negotiating contracts, pricing, and discounts in alignment with company policies. - Engaging in key account management and closing high-value deals. You will also be responsible for: - Recruiting, training, and mentoring the sales team to enhance their product knowledge, sales skills, and customer engagement abilities. - Setting performance metrics, conducting regular performance reviews, and fostering a high-performance culture focused on customer satisfaction and sales excellence. Your role will involve: - Establishing and maintaining relationships with key industry stakeholders and pursuing new business opportunities and partnerships to increase project and retail sales. - Collaborating closely with the Design and Installation teams to ensure smooth project execution, accurate billing, and timely delivery. Qualifications required for this role include: - Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field. - Experience: Minimum of [X] years of proven sales experience, with at least [Y] years in a sales management role within the Modular Kitchen, Interior Design, Furniture, or Building Materials industry. - Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office Suite, and a strong understanding of modular design and material specifications.
