Sales Assistant– Manufacturing Company Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Assistant to join our manufacturing company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving sales growth. This role requires a proactive approach to sales, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of the manufacturing industry. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Sales Presentations & Negotiations: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to clients, negotiate terms, and close sales deals effectively. Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition. Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, prepare regular sales reports, and provide feedback to management on sales performance. Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a sales role, preferably within the manufacturing or industrial sector.
