Job Title: Sales Area Manager – Furniture Industry
Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan
Industry: Modular Furniture / Institutional Furniture / Office & Commercial Furniture
Employment Type: Full-Time
Experience: 1–5 Years (Preferred in Government and Institutional Sales)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Area Manager to lead business development and institutional sales for our growing furniture brand in Jaipur, Rajasthan. The ideal candidate will focus on generating and managing B2B sales in government departments, corporate offices, hospitals, educational institutions, and industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within government departments, PSUs, corporates, hospitals, and institutions.
  • Manage end-to-end sales cycles from lead generation to final closure and after-sales support.
  • Build strong relationships with architects, consultants, purchase heads, and key decision-makers.
  • Drive furniture tenders, rate contracts, GEM portal dealings, and direct sales in the government sector.
  • Present and pitch products effectively to clients, demonstrating product value and technical benefits.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities in the institutional and industrial furniture segment.
  • Collaborate with the design and project execution team to meet client requirements on time.
  • Maintain a strong sales funnel and achieve assigned monthly/quarterly targets.
  • Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and insights to the management team.

Key Skills Required:

  • Proven track record in institutional/B2B sales, preferably in the furniture, interior, or allied industries.
  • Familiarity with GEM portal, tendering process, and government procurement procedures.
  • Strong network with corporate buyers, procurement managers, and government officials.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of handling independent sales territory.
  • Willingness to travel across Rajasthan for business development.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field.
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD/technical drawings is an added advantage.

Salary Package:

  • Competitive salary + Incentives
  • Travel Allowances + Performance Bonus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
