Sales Area Manager - Chemical Manufacturing FactoryUrgent requirement for a dynamic Sales Area Manager to lead sales operations for our chemical manufacturing facility in Trivandrum, Kerala. The role focuses on achieving sales targets in house-cleaning and industrial chemicals, managing distributors, and expanding market share in all Kerala.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet monthly/quarterly targets, including market analysis and competitor monitoring in the chemical sector.
• Build and maintain relationships with distributors, dealers, and key clients (e.g., IT firms, hotels, residential complexes) through regular visits and follow-ups.
• Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, negotiations, order fulfillment, payment collection, and reporting sales performance to management.
• Promote products via trade shows, demos, and campaigns while ensuring compliance with chemical industry regulations.

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary: ₹25,000 per month plus performance-based incentives tied to sales targets.
