As a Sales and Applications Engineer specializing in Indexable Carbide Cutting Tools, your role involves developing and executing strategic sales plans targeting premium manufacturers in industries such as automotive, aerospace, and medical devices manufacturing. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers in the West Zone, understanding their machining needs, and providing technical solutions. Your expertise will be crucial in demonstrating the superior performance and precision of Swiss and German indexable carbide cutting tools to prospects, ensuring they grasp the technology-driven value proposition. Additionally, you will conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions to showcase the advantages of the products. Collaboration with internal teams for customized tooling solutions based on specific customer requirements is also part of your responsibilities. It is essential to stay updated with the latest trends in cutting-edge machining technologies, competitor products, and industry developments. Furthermore, preparing and submitting sales reports, forecasts, and tracking progress to achieve targets will be key to your success. Qualifications: - Bachelors Degree in Mechanical/Production/Manufacturing Engineering or a related field. - Minimum 2 years of sales experience in indexable carbide cutting tools. - Strong knowledge of machining processes, geometric tolerances, and the ability to interpret engineering drawings. - Proven ability to sell based on technology and demonstrate how premium products offer better long-term value. - Existing customer network in Maharashtra and Gujarat would be a strong advantage. - Willingness to travel extensively for client visits and product demonstrations (senior-level only). - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Additional Details: Applicants who have completed the CNC Machinist certification from ITIs or have worked at Indo German Tool Rooms are also welcome to apply.
