Role Overview: As a Sales Executive at Multidimensions, your primary responsibility will be to drive sales, support customers, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient order processing and client satisfaction. You will be working full-time in a remote capacity. Key Responsibilities: - Engage in customer communication and handle product inquiries effectively - Prepare and provide quotations, follow up with customers, and coordinate with logistics and suppliers - Assist the sales team in achieving business objectives by supporting various sales activities - Utilize strong communication and customer relationship skills to enhance client satisfaction - Demonstrate good problem-solving abilities and efficient follow-up skills - Understand product features and articulate them clearly to customers (technical training will be provided) - Work independently in a remote work environment Qualifications: - Prior experience in B2B sales, customer support, or account management - Possess excellent communication and customer relationship skills - Capable of understanding and clearly explaining product features - Strong problem-solving skills and effective follow-up abilities - Comfortable working independently in a remote setting - Experience in industrial product sales is advantageous (not mandatory) - Hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field About the Company: Multidimensions is a reputable supplier of high-precision industrial products sourced from top manufacturers in Germany, Japan, and the USA.
