Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Surendranagar for a Sales Application Engineer. Day-to-day responsibilities include providing technical support for the company’s gearbox products, offering tailored engineering solutions to clients, assisting with the development of sales strategies, and addressing customer inquiries. The role will also involve collaborating with technical and sales teams to meet client requirements and driving business growth through effective communication and technical expertise.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Sales Engineering and Sales techniques with a focus on identifying customer requirements and proposing appropriate solutions
• Strong Technical Support skills, with expertise in troubleshooting and providing accurate technical assistance
• Knowledge of Electrical Engineering principles relevant to the design and operation of gearboxes
• Expertise in Mechanical Engineering with an understanding of gearbox design, functionality, and customization
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building strong relationships with clients and internal teams
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field is preferred
• Prior experience in a technical sales or application engineering role is an advantage
• Ability to work independently and deliver results under deadlines in a dynamic environment
