We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Engineer/Senior Sales Engineer with strong experience in the HVAC industry. Candidates with prior exposure to Fans, Ventilation, Air Handling Units (AHUs) or those coming from a product-based HVAC company will be given preference. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to handle sales cycles end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities:

· Generate new enquiries and identify business opportunities within the HVAC domain.

· Prepare and submit technical and commercial sales proposals.

· Drive sales closure and achieve assigned sales targets.

· Interact and build strong relationships with HVAC contractors, consultants, and key clients.

· Prepare and maintain monthly sales reports and forecasts.

· Coordinate efficiently with clients and principal companies for smooth execution.

· Manage order processing and documentation through CRM systems.

Key Skills & Competencies:

· Strong technical understanding of HVAC systems.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

· Ability to understand customer requirements and propose suitable solutions.

· Proactive, target-driven, and solution-oriented mindset.
