Astikan Healthcare is expanding its insurance portfolio and seeking a motivated Sales and Support Executive to lead client engagement, drive policy sales, and ensure smooth onboarding and support for our health insurance products. This is a high-impact role for someone passionate about healthcare access and financial protection.

  Insurance Sales

  :
• Educate clients about health insurance plans, benefits, and coverage options
• Identify customer needs and match them with suitable policy offerings
• Build and manage a strong pipeline through cold calls, referrals, and field visits
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

  Client Support

  :
• Assist customers through the policy application and approval process
• Follow up post-sale to ensure client satisfaction and policy activation
• Act as a liaison between customers and insurance providers for claims, inquiries, or grievances

  Reporting & Coordination

  :
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and policy details
• Collaborate with underwriters and customer service teams for seamless policy servicing
• Gather client feedback to improve offerings and build trust

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Insurance, Healthcare, or related field
• Experience in insurance sales or financial services (preferred)
• Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills
• Knowledge of IRDAI regulations and insurance documentation (a plus)
• Fluent in English and local languages
• Familiarity with CRM systems and digital sales tools
