Job Opening : Sales & Service Engineer Sales · Exceed Sales & Service targets in the specified range · Meet predefined metrics such as these and others as and when defined o No. of customer visits o enquiry generation o no of demonstrations o no of quotations generated o no of installations & customer trainings o collection of receivables, EMD, SD, BG etc. · Minimise discounts to ensure maximum gross margins · Increase Customer Base year on year · Effectively handle all customer queries and complaints · Ensure that installation and servicing is done as per L & M Standards · Execute Marketing Activities and Promotions successfully · Accurate data entry (with respect to Customer Visits, Leads, Opportunities, Demos, Leave, Expenses and Meetings) and report generation in ERP · Participate in weekly team meetings and prepare accurate reports in a timely manner · Ensure continuous up gradation of product knowledge · Adherence to company policy and procedures · Ensure success of projects as and when they are initiated · Live the core values and ensure dissemination of the same within the team Service · Exceed Service targets · Handle service and repair of instruments received at counter and customer site as and when necessary · Generate enquiries for AMC and periodical servicing as per agreement · Estimate service and repair costs and inform reporting Manager to network with customer. · Maintain all instruments which have come to the office for servicing · Follow up and coordinate with customers for collection of instruments post repair · Conduct effective demonstrations to customer as and when required by Sales Team · Ensure products are installed properly at customer site · Train customers on usage of products · Ensure Marketing Activities and Promotions are executed successfully · Complete QC for goods received from Vendor · Accurate data entry (with respect to Customer Visits, Leads, Opportunities, Demos, Leave, Expenses and Meetings) and report generation in ERP · Maintain registers as per requirements · Participate in weekly team meetings and prepare accurate reports in a timely manner · Ensure continuous up gradation of product knowledge · Adherence to company policy and procedures · Ensure success of projects as and when they are initiated · Live the core values and ensure dissemination of the same within the team Qualifications BE Civil, Bsc, Msc Interested candidate share resume on tsconsultancy4@gmail.com Show more Show less
