Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Purchasing Manager, located in Vadodara. The Sales and Purchasing Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of the sales and purchasing processes. This includes developing and maintaining relationships with clients and suppliers, negotiating contracts and pricing, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring the timely delivery of products. Other tasks include managing inventory, coordinating with the production and design teams, analyzing market trends, and preparing sales and purchase reports.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, client relationship management, and new business development
• Skills in purchasing, supplier relationship management, and contract negotiation
• Understanding of inventory management and logistics coordination
• Ability to analyze market trends and prepare sales and purchase reports
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools
• Experience in the gifting or design industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
